I told a friend that the Portillo incident took place in Florida and he said "oh, well then that kinda sucks cuz teachers in Florida get away with everything". Very said to read this article and have that truth confirmed. I hope now that with this incident and the one in Pennslyvania that this issue will start getting national attention by the media.
