Parents of a child with Aspergers watched there kid turn from happy to scared according to a lawsuit they filed against a school district. The lawsuit alleges that the child was tormented to the point of wanting to kill himself.

Melisa Barton, the mother of 5 year old Alex Barton an autistic kindergartner who was voted out of his classroom is now seeking a hearing before a state administrative law judge – to settle her sons educational needs and may open the door to possible lawsuits against the schools.

If you recall earlier this year kindergarten teacher Wendy Portillo had her class vote out a autistic child, and now justice has happened. The St. Lucie County School Board voted Ms. Portillo out of class for one year – Irony huh?
