You may remember Port St. Lucie, FL teacher Wendy Portillo who was suspended for having her class vote on kicking five year old autistic student Alex Barton out of class. Well as of this Wednesday the school board reversed its decision.

I just received a very disturbing comment from a user stating that Michael E. Robinson director of the The Office of Advocacy for Autistic Children just told an autistic person that his opinion is unwelcome in the proposal of an Autism Health Care bill he is proposing on the website change.org

Five Year old Alex Barton (photograph left) was bullied in a Saint Lucie County Florida Elementry School by his teacher – who also encouraged his peers to do it as well.
