For example: The Autistic Self-Advocacy Network Autism Network International The Autism Acceptance Project and Wrongplanet.net Autistics.org Autism-hub.co.uk And these genuine autistic organisations do not really agree with the skewed conception that you "suffer from autism". If there was a way to prevent even one child from suffering from autism but you think your own "autistic self-advocacy" is more important than preventing it then I am guessing there isn't much help for you. When it is your child who is struggling to talk and having to work twice as hard as other children to get half as far I think you would view the issue very differently.
