Indeed, such notices tend to include "I confirm on penalty of perjury that the above is correct" or similar language. Chilling effects has some other good advice on responding to SLAPP tactics and you can always ask over on AFF for advice or me personally. I'm not a lawyer, but I do know how to spread these things around and spreading the word of their threats around may be almost as good as or even better than taking legal action for harrassment.
