Better – NOT!

A poem I wrote about how I feel right now.

I’m sitting here crying
I keep staring at the letter
I hurt my love, lost my daughter
She thinks I won’t get better

Now that my mind is clear
My heart aches in  agonizing pain
I hurt my love, lost my daughter
Its just driving me insane

I try to keep going
Hoping she will see I’m trying
But I know I’ve lost her
So I’m slowly dying

They say I’m all better
That my my mind is clear
But its all to late, it does not matter
My other half is no longer here
