She's free, white, and over 18, as the hoary expression goes! Contact your local Legal Aid society. Her mother had no business slapping a conservatorship on her daughter in the first place just to prevent her from marrying you. You might be able to find pro-bono lawyer who can possibly get that voided. Another reason for a case will come up when the child is born. You have a right to visit your child. Period. You also have a right to be with your fiancee during her labor, because you are the child's father. Katelyn is going to need you desperately, epidural or no.
