It looks like someone (or a company) has developed an online supoort community.  I’m going to reserve my judgement about this community until I see how the community is administrated and moderated.  One of the things I like though about it is

One of the the things I like about the community is when registering you have to declare if you have Autism, are a parent of someone, a doctor, or whatever – I think this could be very important in showing where someone is coming from when disagreements (like those on the Autism Speaks Message Boards) come up.

I have to say though – the avergage userbase seems to be swinging twords chelation treatment therapies – which for me is a scary thought.

I encourage people to check out this new community at: http://www.autismsupportnetwork.com/
