So I can’t sleep right now as my anxiety level is through the roof. I’m going try Richland Bible Church out tomorrow morning and the court date Monday with Kate is on my mind. So I decided to look through AspieWeb’s followers on twitter to see who has started following our new twitter feed. I then notice someone who only follows AspieWeb’s twitter feed and my personal feed which I find odd.So due to my lack of sleep from nightmares I sit dumbfounded trying to figure out who ‘hardcorebug’ is for over two hours. I’m thinking the name they use ‘kjmk’ is just some random nonsense someone typed in to fill a field they did not want to fill in. So I watched some Hulu, sent off some emails, procured some Mountain Dew but still could not get this random hardcorebug out of my mind. So I went for a run and then it hit me.
‘kjmk’ is not a random set of characters – its Kate initials. So not only has Kate been sending me face book relationship requests but shes now following me on twitter. I guess its pretty clear she wants it to work out between us which has put my anxiety to rest.
But when you have problems with anxiety and can’t sleep – what do you do to get some sleep?

I read a book if I can’t sleep , usually a Hercule Poirot or other Agatha Christie murder mystery.
Valerian Root is a good herbal supplement that helps with going to sleep and quality of sleep.
I have been borrowing Kate’s lavender bubble bath quite a bit latley. It really helps calm me.
lavender is also a good sleep inducer/relaxant. It’s an ingredient in all the baby bedtime bath bubble things.
