After many people have been pushing me over the last few years to write a book I have done so, and as of last week I have secured a publisher! 
I can’t really say much about what I have wrote about yet, or even give you a title. What I can say is that soon (hopefully in time for the holiday shopping season) this book will be available from your favorite major bookstore and Amazon.com.
Whats The Status
The book is currently with an editor right now who is going over my ramblings with a fine tooth comb turning it into a piece of literary art. After the book is edited I will be delivered 5 copies of the book to review the printing version of the book. Two of these books are going to go go to Katelyn and her guardian, and the other three I’m going to keep because my bookshelf is empty – seriously its where I keep my computer monitor, printer, alarm clock and desk light.
Why Katelyn and Her Guardian
Some of the book contains history and thoughts of the relationship between Katelyn and I. I feel that it is only fair and responsible that she be given an opportunity to review and tell me things she does not like or want in the book. Due to the fact that Katelyn has a legal guardian I’m also going to seek her permission as well even though my editor and publisher ashure me that I don’t have to. I guess I’m trying to play nice in the sandbox (I think thats what it is called.)
I’m also giving the opportunity for Katelyn to write her own section of the book as well sharing her insights and thoughts on the topic being discussed if she wishes.
So How Soon?!
I can’t really say yet as the editor may take up to a month. After that point I’m not sure how long (if ever) I will get a response from Katelyn or her guardian on the book. I will however not authorize the book to be published until I recieve permission from Katelyn and her guardian.
Then Katelyn’s additions and things she would like removed will have to be edited and then I’m not sure how long it will take after that. Sorry I’m new at this. I do promise to keep you up to date!
