Great Autistic Basketball Player

I just found a great video of an autistic high school basketball player in Rochester, New York.  This video shows that Autistic People can play sports – even though I really suck at most sports (I got a 33 while bowling with Kate on my birthday). This is a great friday video after a long work week to watch and get yourself cheered up. If you find other videos you would like to share feel free to Contact me. Now here is Jason of Grace Athena Highschool in Rochester, New York.

Jason made 20 points in 4 minutes. I would like to see someone in the NBA do something like that.

Old news. Look what he went on to:

“He has since penned an inspirational novel, “The Game of My Life.” Wegman’s, the grocery store where he is employed, recently hosted a book signing, donating nearly $11,000 to Autism Speaks.”

Here’s one for you, almost a year old now: http://therunman.blogspot.com/2008/10/cbc-compass-news-alex-in-tale-of-3.html

It looks like hes pretty successful…. however his former employer should of choose a better place to donate money.

I remember seeing him, at an NBA game I think, accepting a cheque for $20,000 (I believe) for Autism Speaks as well.

J Mac was in a Gatorade ad too – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HLfu0v72EGk
