You have done pissed me off. You have been maliciously ripping the posts from this website in an un-agreed upon manor. When you contacted me you asked if you could republish content from AspieWeb, and I agreed you could use the data from my RSS feed. This is the email Joel, from Xanga sent me when he contacted me about providing AspieWeb content on Autisable:
AspieWeb: Autisable and aspieweb.com
We were thinking syndication of your site on Autisable.Essentially, we’d like your permission to syndicate your RSS feed. We’d use
relevant posts on Autisable.com’s main page.Credit is given, of course, and that would provide links back to your site.
Let me know what you think, and thanks.
Joel.
So I agreed. If you notice my RSS feed only includes teasers of posts – not the full post as Autisable has provided. I find this very upset that a corporation such as Xanga has been very clearly profiting off a website I put a lot of labor in. The reasons I made the RSS feed only include teasers is expressly so things like this would not happen.
Its nice seeing that I am getting quite a few comments and a large following, but it upsets me that my hard work is giving Xanga a profit and generating very little traffic or profit for me.
ATTENTION XANGA: EITHER PROVIDE MY CONTENT AS AGREED UPON, OR REMOVE MY CONTENT! YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT AND YOU HAVE DONE PISSED ME OFF
Update: Joel from Xanga has removed the content that Xanga stole from AspieWeb.

So they’re content thieves and liars, then, given that I cannot see a single link back to your site in the post you’ve linked, and yet they claim:
Credit is given, of course, and that would provide links back to your site.
…OK, I take that back; I see now that they provide a link and attribution in the right-hand sidebar that I didn’t even notice because I mistook it for ad space. Would’ve been nice to include the link in, I dunno, the post itself.
Agreed, what pisses me off even more is they as a large company are very clearly profiting off my hard work – which if I am lucky results in me getting $3 a day or less.
…And a further correction, because I keep noticing stuff– they don’t actually link to your actual blog, just your autisable profile. That’s not so kosher.
No, its very clearly a violation of the law, plainly stealing.
Zach,
We will make every effort to comply to our arrangement, and are adjust to the needs of the community.
Please respond to our e-mail, so we can reach an amiable solution.
I have replied to your email Joel
codeman38 – Our platform has some level of limitations. We are working at improving that aspect of it. We do, however, provide the link to aspieweb.net from that profile page.
Future posts from aspieweb will only be teaser posts, and a direct link from the post itself to aspieweb.com.
Autisable is just a few months old, and we agree that there is need of some improvements.
Thanks for this post, Zach…and for your readers input.
Joel,
Please respect our original agreement and modify the content which you stole to meet our agreement.
Just because it took me a month to catch you stealing content does not mean you get to the stolen content.
We have removed the content. And, as stated before, will comply fully with your request.
Blessings,
Joel.
Now this would have been so much simpler if you just stuck to the agreement.
Well noted. But thanks to you, we’ve improved our systems and communication in regards to syndication. Thanks again to you and your readers.
