I saw the movie Adam. My friend recommended I see it as she thought my boyfriend might be an Aspie. After seeing it and doing a lot of reading, I am now convinced... That was my boyfriend in the scene where she was needing help dragging the cart of groceries, etc. up the steps and he was preoccupied by something on the computer as he sat on the steps - totally oblivious to her need for help. Watch it! It's good!
I have not yet read Mozart and the Whale , but will.

Hello
I read that book. It's a wonderful book.
Best thing about it is it shows how difficult being married can be and how it's full of challenges, but worth it. I loved how they had so much in common and they liked cockatiels (Are those the same as cockatoos or are they different? They are both cute.) But they were also different too and needed to learn to understand each other better and communicate.
Haven't seen the movie though.
I hate movies of books I like 9 times out of 10.
