While on my hiatus at the hospital a person wrote in asking advice on how to handle a criminal situation with his brother who has aspergers syndrome.

Now, they seem to have moved on to identity theft scams. I fear that he will end up in jail again, while his “friend” gets away with it all. Are there any resources I can use to help my brother? Are there any ways I can have the police or DA stop this abuse by his “friend”?
My advise would be first off to talk to your brother and present evidence in a logical manner. Show how his invovlvement with these “friends” are bad for him and result in trouble. Use factual statements as logic is a person with Aspergers language.
Does anyone else have some advice?

How’s Lucky doing? Who took care of him while you were in the hospital? Hope you’re doing better.
My advice to “NTD” would be to talk directly to the Police. They ARE the resource who should know about this.
